Carl C. Culpepper and the late Margie Becker Culpepper. She was a retired school bus driver for Sumter County Schools. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband Walter Lee of Americus; her son Bill Mote of Americus; her step sons Walter Lee Jr. of Americus, GA, Stephen Uriah Lee of Americus, GA; her step daughter Dana Lee McDuffie (Jeff) Ashburn, GA; her brother John Culpepper (Ann) of Orchard Hill, GA; Sister Rebecca McCook of Bainbridge, GA as well as nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Rev. Carl and Margie Culpepper and her brother Clay Culpepper.
