OBITUARY Myra Marie Cooper August 22, 1932 – October 17, 2018 Myra Marie Cooper, 86, died at home surrounded by loved ones on 10-17-2018 in Buckingham, FL where she and her family have resided since the 1960’s. She was married to Donald E. Cooper, Sr. until his death in August 1991. She is survived by 4 children: Donald E. (Wanda) Cooper, Jr., Deborah (Darell) Von Stein, Charles E. Cooper and Myra Ann Goedde; 6 grandchildren: Tammy (Marcus), Gina (Matt), Jessica (Chris), Donald III (Haley), Theresa, Erica and 12 great grandchildren; loving sisters-in-law: Libby and Sara and best friend, Frances.

Myra was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Cooper, Sr. and her 1st born granddaughter, Wendy M. Cooper. She had a wonderful smile and used it frequently to the pleasure of those around her and she also had a good sense of humor. Myra loved gardening and decorating every holiday and she was always up for an adventure.

Visitation will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park on Sunday, October 21st from 12:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in Lee Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hope Hospice 9470 HealthPark Circle Fort Myers, FL 33908.
