Obituary for Myrtle Sellers Mrs. Myrtle Sellers age 86 of Centre passed away Tuesday June 5th at Cherokee Health & Rehab. Funeral services will be 3 PM Thursday June 7th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Todd Martin officiating, burial will follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Pallbearers include Frankie Smith, Jerry Anderson, Kyle Walker, Chris Abernathy, D.J. Sellers, Rodney Eads and Donnie Snead. Honorary Pallbearers all her many Dorothy’s and Betty.

Survivors include son, David (LeAnn) Sellers of Ft. Payne; daughters, Deborah (Kenny) Eads of Centre, Jean Smith of Centre and Tina (Terry) Abernathy of Spring Garden; brother, Lewis (Jean) Anderson of Montgomery; sisters, Mary Hill of Centre, Edna (John Paul) Cothren of Rockmart, GA, Doris (Billy) Barfield of Centre and Shirley (Kenneth) Agan of Cave Spring, GA, 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; honorary granddaughter, Nicole Franklin; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Garfield Sellers; sons, Ricky Sellers and Wayne Sellers.
