Obituary for Jan Whitten Mrs. Jan Kisor Whitten, age 61 of Centre, passed away Sunday, July 1st. Funeral services will be held 3 PM Tuesday, July 3rd at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Adam Cochran officiating.

Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 PM at the funeral home. Pallbearers include Larry Walker, Michael Walker, John Coggin, Jeff Shaver, Jeff Bradley, Jackie Givens, and Kenny Walker.

All Law Enforcement will be Honorary Pallbearers. Mrs. Whitten was survived by her husband, Ralph L. Whitten Sr.; son Whitt (Kristi) Whitten Jr.; daughter, Whitney (Warren) Parker; sister, Judy (Harry) Bailey; grandson, W.C. Parker; several nieces and nephews remaining; special bother, Ronnie Johnson. Mrs. Whitten, was preceded in death by her parents, W.C. Kisor and Pearl Hincy Kisor.

She was Assistant to the Director of Northeast Law Enforcement Academy and worked in law enforcement for 32 years. She was also a member of Friendship Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Friendship Cemetery Fund.
