OBITUARY Nancy A. Mason July 12, 1914 – October 2, 2018 Nancy Adeline Mason passed away on October 2, 2018, at the age of 104 years. Nancy was born July 12, 1914, Hannibal, Missouri to Charles C. and Anna C. Mason. She came to Washington State in 1916 at the age of 2, attended Richmond Beach Grade School, North Queen Anne Grade School, graduated from Edmonds High School, then attended the University of Washington for two years.

Nancy began her career working for Gibbs and Hudson, Packard Seattle, Eastman Kodak. She then went to work for Boeing to “help with the war efforts” and stayed for 34 years. While at Boeing Ms. Mason worked in personnel, payrate control, management compensation, college relations and unemployment compensation.

Nancy was a long-time member of West Seattle Federated Women’s Club and volunteer and donor at South Seattle College where she established two endowed scholarships in memory of her beloved mother, Anna C. Mason. A celebration of Nancy’s life will be held on Friday, October 19 at 1:00 pm at The Kenney, 7125 Fauntleroy Way SW, Seattle, WA 98136.
