Nancy A. Tingler, 77, of Bloomingdale, Ohio passed away Sunday, May 20, 2018, peacefully at her home surrounded by family after an eleven year battle with cancer. She was born December 5, 1940 in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of the late Elwood & Beulah Allen Permar. She was a member of Wintersville Church of the Nazarene and AACA Car Club.

Preceding Nancy in death were her parents and one brother Everett Permar. Nancy is survived by her husband Ronald L. Tingler, whom she married on October 17, 1959; son Scott Tingler of Bloomingdale; daughters Melissa (Rudi) Noer of California & Marci (Eric) Daugherty of Canton, OH; brother Robert Permar of Florida; sisters Dorothy Warbecki of Wheeling, WV & Ruth Morris of Steubenville; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m., where services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday with Pastor Toby Warner officiating.

Burial at Fort Steuben. Memorials may be directed to Teramana Cancer Center.
