Nancy’s Obituary “To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven” A time to be born…… Nancy Estelle Collins was born June 20, 1949 in McCormick, South Carolina, to the late Thomas Robinson and Mattie Bell Collins. She was a resident of Saint Lucie County after coming from McCormick as a young teen. Nancy attended school in St Lucie County in her younger years, as an adult she served as a supervisor for over 20 years at the Holiday Inn in Vero Beach.

Florida. She found joy in reading; she would sit and read all day, if she wasn’t reading you will find her playing candy crush. She had a heart of gold and was always so willing to help no matter the circumstance her children and grandchildren are her world.

She was a believer, a fighter and survivors “In my Father’s house are many mansions, if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am there ye may be also.

(St John 14:2-3). Nancy Estelle Collins exchanged this life for a mansion prepared by her Heavenly Father on February 5, 2019 at Lawn wood Regional Medical Center and Heart Institute. She was preceded in death by her Father: Thomas Robinson, Mother: Mattie Bell Collins, Companion: Sylvena Knighton, Brother: Willie James Robinson, Sister: Lucy Ann Wilson, grandchild: George R. Collins, and Her Aunts: Essie Jennings, Emma Cox and Glady Collins.

“Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted”. Left to carry on her legacy her Son: George Collins, Daughter: Evelyn ( Santi) Briglia, Sister: Lois Collins, Grandchildren: Danielle Jones, Romeka Haugabook, Courtney Johnson, and Gevarious Collins, Great- Grandchildren: Keiyona Forte, Donovan Mackey, Kylee Huggins, LaDavia Mercer and Kaleb Huggins, Best-friend: Katie Johnson and Margaret Bennett, Uncles: J.D. Collins and James Collins and Marion Collins, Aunts: Janet Green, and Ruby Lee Collins. A host of others relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.
