Nancy’s Obituary Nancy June Alphin was born June 28, 1948 to Charles and Opal Alcorn in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. She departed this life April 23, 2019 at the age of 70 years, 9 months and 26 days. On May 26, 1967 Nancy June Alcorn and Robert William Alphin were united in marriage.

They enjoyed thirty-six years together before his passing in 2003. She enjoyed jigsaw and crossword puzzles. She was known by her family and friends as “the puzzle lady”.

She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She is survived by one daughter, Michelle Carter of Claremore, Oklahoma; two sons, Anthony Alphin of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Chris Alphin of Weatherford, Texas; four sisters, Janet Jones of Depew, Oklahoma, Judy Walters of Fairview, Texas, Patsy Cargile of Bixby, Oklahoma and Pam Bowers of Columbia, South Carolina; four brothers, Art Alcorn of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, David Alcorn of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, James Alcorn of Drumright, Oklahoma and Gary Alcorn of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; numerous grand and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters, Charline and Marlene and one brother, Jerry.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00AM, Friday, April 26, 2019 at the Bristow Christian Center with Pastor Wayne Gemmill officiating. Interment will follow at the Bristow City Cemetery.
