OBITUARY Nancy Matsukis November 12, 1936 – September 4, 2018 Preceded in death by parents; brother Gus; brother-in-law Pete; sisters-in-law Marilyn and Marlene. Survived by brothers Ted and Mike; sister Zoe; sister-in-law Georgia; many nieces, nephews, godchildren and friends. Nancy was a retired OPS teacher who really loved her job and continued coaching the youth through Special Olympics and her church.

She was quite active and generous in all aspects of St. John’s Greek Orthodox Church, but was most proud of being a choir member and godmother. Nancy was constantly on the move. She received many awards including the Buffett Award.

Final remark from Nancy is to tell you, “I died”. VISITATION: Friday, Sept. 7th, 4-7 pm with Trisagion at 7 pm at Westlawn-Hillcrest.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday, Sept. 8th at 10:30 am at St. John’s Greek Orthodox Church, 602 Park Ave. Burial to follow at Westlawn-Hillcrest.

Memorials directed to the Special Olympics or St. John’s Greek Orthodox Church.
