Obituary for Nancy Murrison Nancy Elizabeth Murrison, age 77 of Sparta, died Saturday, April 14, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Murrison; parents, Mike and Vera DaPrano; son, Mike Murrison; sisters, Dolores O’Kelley, Midge Manous. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and Brad Thomas; grandchildren, Brandon Thomas, Jessie Thomas; brothers and sister-in-law, David and Pam DaPrano, Michael Cantrell; sisters, Theresa Black; several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Murrison, known to most as Nana, enjoyed being at the lake, gardening, sewing, line dancing and playing bridge. She was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan. She loved being surrounded by her family, especially her grandchildren and will be greatly missed.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. at Scot Ward’s Green Meadow Chapel with Father Young Nguyen officiating; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 5 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 110 N. Jefferson Street NE, Milledgeville, GA 31061.
