Nancy Williams passed from this earth surrounded by a full house of family and friends on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at her home in Woodstock, IL. Nancy was born March 23, 1941 in Burlington, WI to Verne Pacey and Lillian (Graunke) Pacey (Gaylord). She married Daniel R. Williams on March 29, 1958, in Woodstock.

He preceded her in passing on September 2, 2008. Nancy worked as a machine operator for Plaspros in Woodstock for many years, before retiring in 2003. Nancy loved taking care of the flowers around the house.

She also found joy in mowing the lawn. Holidays were a favorite time of the year, as she loved to cook for everyone. Especially Thanksgiving dinner!

She was at her best preparing the meal for the entire extended family. She is survived by her six children: Verne (Armi) Williams, Margie (Philip) Gottman, Daniel “Bud” (Chris) Williams, Sandra (Jeff) Dixson, Connie (Darrin) Deja, and Lynda Williams. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Surviving brothers are Tom Pacey, David Gaylord, and Mitch Gaylord and sisters Ann Deja and Joyce Pacey. She was proceeded in death by her husband, her parents, and a brother, Duane Pacey. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 16 from 9:00 am until the 11:00 am Funeral Service at the Schneider Leucht Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home 1211 N. Seminary Avenue Woodstock.

Pastor Caleb Schauer from St. John’s Lutheran Church of Union will be officiating.
