Nathan Irving “Irv” Baston of Bremen passed away Monday, January 21, 2019 at his residence after a hard fought battle with cancer. He was born in Wilkes County, Georgia, February 6, 1949, son of the late James Addison Baston, Sr. and Gwendolyn Jones Baston. Irv was a devoted husband, father and PaPa who loved his family dearly.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bremen. He graduated from Southern Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
