Mrs. Sue Horton Miller passed away peacefully Saturday, January 12, 2019 in Rome, GA. She was born in Carroll County on March 14, 1941 to Winston and Maiden (Patterson) Horton. She attended Carrollton City Schools and graduated from Carrollton High School in 1959.

She briefly attended West Georgia College before working for Bell South. She met and married Max Kenneth Miller, Sr. of New Georgia. They were married 55 years, and were lifelong residents of Carroll County.
