Pastor Phillip Cook of Temple passed away Thursday, December 6, 2018. He was born in Orlando, Florida, July 6, 1965, son of Mable Williams Cook and the late William Loyd Cook. Pastor Cook was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Temple and was the Pastor of the church for the past seventeen months.

He was a true man of faith, a preacher for twenty years, was loyal to God, church and his family. He was a devoted husband of thirty-five years and a loving father.
