OBITUARY Neil Lanier December 27, 1963 – July 19, 2018 Neil Lanier 54, of New Bern died Thursday, July 19, 2018. He is predeceased by his wife Patsy Lanier; father, Thomas Lanier and sister, Rita Lanier. Surviving is mother, Elise Lanier and his sister, Paula Lanier Reid (Bill) Of Jacksonville and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, July 23, 2018 at Cotten Funeral Home with burial to follow. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00am prior to the service at the funeral home. Arrangements by Cotten Funeral Home & Crematory.
