OBITUARY Nell R Long January 28, 1932 – February 2, 2019 Nell Louise Robertson Snyder Long, age 87 of Birmingham passed away, Saturday, February 2, 2019. Nell was a member of Shades Crest Baptist Church and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents: H. O. Robertson and Nell Louise Duncan Robertson; her brother, Jay Louis Robertson; sister, Martha Jean Freeman Walton.

Survivors include her daughter, Carol Susan Snyder King (Kim) and son, Sidney Joe Snyder, Jr.; granddaughters: Christine Elizabeth King Padgett (Michael) and Katelyn Ann Snyder Utsey (Luke); great grandchildren: Nathaniel Blake Padgett, Everett Isaiah Padgett and William Porter Utsey. The family would like to thank her hospice team for their loving care. Her graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Elmwood Cemetery.
