Nellie Marie Hutcherson, 89, of Henry, VA passed away on Monday, December 31, 2018 at Stanleytown Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Henry County, VA on August 29, 1929 to the late Howard Mize and Orpah Ester Hollandsworth Mize. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Hutcherson; son, John Clayton Hutcherson; sister, Eunice France; and brother, Darnice Mize.

She… Read More » is survived by her daughter, Patricia Gale Winston of Henry, VA, and Susan Anne Randall of Fort Defiance, VA; daughter-in-law, Mary Boaz Hutcherson; and four grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Norris Funeral Services, Martinsville Chapel.

A funeral service will be held at Norris Funeral Services at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2019 with Rev. Raymond Moorefield officiating. Burial will be held at Old Center Primitive Baptist Church.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Tribute Program, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101. Norris Funeral Services, Inc. and Crematory of Martinsville, VA is serving the Hutcherson family.
