Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Friday, February 8th at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel; burial to follow at Salem Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am prior to services.

Rev. Darius Trainer will officiate. Mrs. Holdiness was a member of the First Baptist Church; she was a Homemaker.

She is survived by sons, Charles (Yun) Holdiness, Hugh (Elsa) Myers; sister, Lou Brashier; daughter in law, Donna Holdiness; grandchildren, Jimmy (Tracey) Myers, Samuel (Amber) Holdiness, Sarah (Darius) Trainer, Cara (Brad) Breedlove; great grandchildren, Braden, Charlee, Morgan, Matthew, Luke, Lilly. She is preceded in death by parents, Robert and Julie Whinnery Smith; husband, Hubert C. Holdiness; son, Dr. Gary Holdiness; grandson, Matthew Holdiness.
