Neva V. Singer, 93, of Toledo, OH, passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018. She was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, March 9, 1925, to parents John and Miranda (Smith) Matheny. Neva was employed for many years, before retiring from the Luma Electric Company.

She is survived by her son Pastor Gary (Karen) Singer; daughter Deborah Singer – Sullivan; grandchildren Angela Scott, Sarah Welling, Arin Bonk and Christiana Parsons; great-grandchildren Tyler, Payton, Emily, and Easton Welling, Kassie Scott, Kyle and Caleb Bonk, and Zane and Zoey Parsons. Neva was preceded in death by her parents and loving husband Harold G. Singer. Friends may call at the Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 N. Main St. Sylvania, OH, Thursday, January 3rd from 5 – 8 PM, where Funeral Services will be held Friday the 4th at 11 AM.

Her son Pastor Gary will officiate. She will be laid to rest at Toledo Memorial Park. Those wishing to offer memorials are asked to consider God’s Grace Church, 8240 Monroe Road, Lambertville, MI.
