Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Autism Alliance of Michigan.

Nicholas was born in Flint, Michigan on May 31, 1995, the son of Donald and Sally (Woodbeck) Kister. On June 9, 2018 he married Toni Jarnigin in Charlotte, Michigan. He loved golfing, hunting, the outdoors, singing karaoke and playing with his dog, Miggy.

Above all else he loved being with family. Surviving are wife, Toni; parents, Donald and Sally; sisters, Kandice, Tiffany and Taylor; brother, Christopher; grandmothers, France and Sally; grandparents, Peggy Jernigan and Gary Jernigan; mother-in-law, Renee Jarnigin and father-in-law, Lonney Jarnigin; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins; best friend, Tyler Foster and faithful furry companion, Miggy. He was preceded in death by his sister, Heather.
