SURVIVORS include his father, John Halbower; 5 brothers, Christopher (Deb) Halbower, Joshua Hadley, Justin Wiseman, Matthew (Becca Hembree) Halbower, Zak Anderson; and 1 sister, Amanda Twining. He was preceded in death by his mother, Kelly Hadley and aunt, Barb Henry. VISITATION will be held 12:00-1:00 PM Thursday, November 29, 2018 followed by a MEMORIAL SERVICE at 1:00 PM at Harbor Unitarian Universalist Congregation (1296 Montgomery Ave.
