Obituary of Nicolina Failoa Nicolina ‘Nickie’ Faiola passed away September 6, 2018 in Elderwood of Lockport. Born June 11, 1926 in Niagara Falls she was the daughter of Leo and Mary (D’Arcangelo) Faiola. Nickie worked for the Niagara Falls Parks Department where she was a secretary.

She was a devout Catholic, took care of her elderly parents, and enjoyed going on pilgrimages. Nickie was residents at the Lockport Presbyterian Home and Elderwood of Lockport having received exceptional care. Besides her parents Nickie was also predeceased by her brothers Fr.

Sam Faiola and Fr. Rocco Faiola. She is survived by many dear friends.

Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated Monday, Sept. 10th at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Niagara Falls.
