In Memory of Nina Raye Calvert Claiborne April 26, 1941 – May 25, 2019 Nina Raye Calvert Claiborne, age 78, died Saturday at the Medical Center at Scottsville. The Allen County native was the daughter of the late Bud Calvert and Alice Beatrice Pulliam Calvert. She is preceded in death by two sisters Dorothy Hill and Margaret Pardue, four brothers Harold Calvert, Frank Calvert, Ralph Calvert and Don Calvert.

She was a member of White Plains Baptist Church, was employed by Scottscraft, Kirsch and retired from Sumitomo. She is survived by her husband of fifty three years Clessie Claiborne, two daughters Vickie Phillips (Doug) and Christal Claiborne Atwood (Wesley), one son Scotty Claiborne, four grand children Derrick Pearson, Kyle Pearson, Bailey Brown, and A J Atwood and four great grandchildren. Visitation will be 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM Tuesday May 28, 2019 and Wednesday 7:00 AM 2:00 PM at the T.W. Crow and Son Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday May 29, 2019 at the T.W. Crow and Son Funeral Home with burial in the Cedar Cross Church Cemetery.
