Obituary for Nina “Hoagy” Snodgrass Nina “Hoagy” Snodgrass, age 83 of White Pine passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 9, 2018. She was a retired school bus driver of 41 years, and a county commissioner for the White Pine District for 28 years, she worked at American Enka for 17 years and was currently serving on the Industrial Development Board in White Pine. She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Dale Snodgrass, sister Nellie Carmichael, parents Manley and Maude Hayes Carmichael and niece, Denise Rimmer.

Survivors include, son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Robin Snodgrass and sister Carolyn (Dean) Rimmer, several nieces, nephews, special neighbors and many many friends. The family has requested that In Lieu of Flowers Memorial Donations be made to the White Pine Senior Citizens Center. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2018, 7:00pm at First Baptist Church in White Pine with the Rev.

Bobby Joe Hancock officiating, family will receive friends from 4-7pm prior to the service at the church, friends may call at their convenience on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the funeral home from 9- 3:00pm. Graveside Interment Service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018, 11:00am in White Pine Cemetery, family and friends will gather at the cemetery at 10:50am for the service.
