Noah’s Obituary Noah Wayne Jent, 59, of Austin, IN, passed away at 6:35 AM on Saturday, May 25, 2019. Born December 5, 1959 in Seymour, IN, he was the son of Noah A. Jent, who survives in Austin, IN and Etta F. (Spicer) Jent, who passed away on August 24, 2015. Wayne was a carpenter and worked for Noah Jent Builders and after his dad retired he started and operated, Wayne Jent Builders.

He was a lifetime member of the VFW in Scottsburg. Other survivors include his 3 daughters, Secira “C.C.” Johnson of Austin, IN, Dreama Barger of Austin, IN, Shynna Jent of Scottsburg, IN, 6 grandchildren, Preston, Paisun, Bristil, Arizona, Raelynn, and Skilyn, and 1 brother, Boyd (Darlene) Jent of Austin, IN, and his companion, Lisa Strong of Austin, IN. He was also preceded in death by 1 brother, Lloyd Jent, who passed away on August 16, 2015.

Pastor Billy Joe Deaton will conduct funeral services at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Crothersville, with burial to follow at New Providence Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Crothersville and on Wednesday after 10:00 AM at the funeral home. The family requests that expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Jent family for final expenses.
