Obituary for Mrs. Norma Frances Decker A private graveside service for Mrs. Norma F. Decker, 89, of Hartsville, SC, entered into rest on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, will be held in the Florence Memorial Gardens Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Embrace Hospice, 644 S. Fourth St., Hartsville, SC 29550. Mrs. Decker was born in DeFuniak Springs, FL, a daughter of the late Herman Edgar and Mary Painter Rutherford.

The best thing in her life was marrying her husband, Bill, whom she lost last year and who loved her unconditionally. She was a good and faithful wife. She was a member of the garden club, loved reading and taking care of her home and family.

She is survived by her son, David (Laura) Decker of Hartsville; two daughters, Donna K. Stafford of Ohio and Mary Jane Goodson of Florence; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Donald “Bill” Decker; grandson, Drew Decker; brother, Robert William Rutherford.
