OBITUARY Norma Jean Scarbrough Cowden December 8, 1927 – December 24, 2018 Norma Jean Cowden, 91, a resident of Shawnee, Oklahoma passed away December 24, 2018. Norma was born December 8, 1927 in Tribbey, Oklahoma to Raymond and Josie Scarbrough. Norma was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. Visitation will be, Friday, December 28, 2018 from 3-7 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home. There are no funeral services planned.

In lieu of flowers donation can be made to Northridge Church of Christ in Shawnee.
