Norma Pauline Jester March 18, 1935 – December 9, 2018 Norma Pauline Morse Jester passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born March 18, 1935 to Charlie and Mary Morse of Kansas, OK. Her family moved to Yukon in 1942, where she attended school, graduating in 1953.

She married her high school sweetheart, Thomas Eugene Jester on August 24, 1952. They spent 60 plus years together before his death in 2016. Her life revolved around her family, her two sons, their wives, grandchildren and great grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Born: March 18, 1935 Death: December 9, 2018 Whenever there were school functions, church activities, or the many, many ball games they were involved in, you would find her loving every minute of it. Norma loved family birthdays and holidays (especially Christmas) at her house. She worked as a dental assistant for fifteen years and taught clinical procedures at a Vocational School for many years.

She was an avid reader, enjoyed crossword puzzles, and visiting with friends. Preceding her in death were her husband Tom; parents; in-laws; brother, Arlie Morse; daughter-in-law, Linda Jester; a special nephew and all of Tom’s siblings. Surviving are her sons, Doug Jester (Charlene) of Chickasha, OK and Tim Jester (Brenda) of Yukon, OK; grandchildren: Gayla Jester Santos (Greg) and their daughters Allie and Avery of San Diego, CA.

, Eric Jester (Jordan) and their daughter Nolan, and Adam Jester all of Yukon, OK and step-grandchildren: Tanya Rance (Braden) and children Logan and Lauren of Olathe, KS, Eric Suttles (Kim) and their children Preston and Kayley of McAlester, OK, Brian Paxton (Laura) and their daughter Paisley Kessler of Bethany, OK and Kaylee Kessler and her children Lillie and Jett of Norman, OK. She also leaves one brother, Wayne Morse (Shirley); sister-in-law, Ann Morse and numerous nieces and nephews along with many loving relatives in the extended Jester family. Norma’s favorite charities are Chisholm Trail Presbyterian Church, Compassionate Hands and Mabel Fry Library.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 14, 2018 at the Yanda & Son Funeral Home Chapel, Yukon, OK.
