Norman A. Adubato, 86, of Berwick and formerly of Newark New Jersey passed away Tuesday October 23, 2018 at Geisinger-Bloomsburg Hospital. He was born May 25, 1932 in Newark, New Jersey, a son of the late John and Emma (Stewart) Adubato. He graduated high school and then joined the United States Army during the Korean War.

Norman enjoyed bowling, playing bingo, and going to the casino. He worked and retired from Franklin Township School District. Norman is survived by five children; Donna Guden of Berwick, John N. Adubato of Berwick, Sharon Qunioes of Buffalo, NY, Michael A. Adubato and wife Sylvia of Belgium, Norman A. Adubato Jr. of Middletown, NJ, 16 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.

He was the last survivor of his immediate family. Norman was preceded in death by his parents, his wife the former Barbara Williams who passed away October 2, 2010, daughter Patricia Adubato and twelve siblings; John, Michael, Tommy, Irene, Lee, Viola, Dovie, Ann, Kay, Dolly, Loraine, and an infant sister. Services will be Sunday October 28, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the James L. Hinckley Jr. Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 1024 Market St., Berwick with Pastor John Cruice of LCBC Church officiating.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Family will receive friends Saturday October 27, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. The James L. Hinckley Jr. Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., is handling arrangements.
