Obituary for Norman D. “Shorty” Pullin Dateline: Three Rivers Norman D. “Shorty” Pullin, age 98, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, January 5, 2019. He was born to Ernest and Ida (Williamson) Pullin on November 18, 1920 in Three Rivers. Shorty worked as a welder at Live Oak Trailer Sales for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Cecil, Leslie, Ernest, Floyd and his sister Besse. Survivors include his wife Helen Pullin of Three Rivers, and his 5 children Brenda (Michael) Drake of Three Rivers, Linda Galvan of Three Rivers, Floyd “Bubba” (Donna) Pullin of La Vernia, Geraldine Pullin of Three Rivers and Patsy (Abby) Sotelo of Three Rivers. His sisters Ida Moring of Beeville and Iva Compton of Ft.

Worth, Texas. He was blessed with 16 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews that love and will miss him dearly. VISITATION – Tuesday, January 8, 2019 from 5-9 PM at Roberson Funeral Home in Three Rivers.

FUNERAL SERVICE – Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 3 PM at the Brush Country Cowboy Church off I-37 with Pat Traxler officiating the service. Pallbearers are Darrell Pullin, Daylon Pullin, Desie Galvan, Joe Rocha, Ethan Koonce and Christian Gaspar. Honorary pallbearers are Dominick Pullin, Lane Pullin, Mike Drake, Blake Galvan, Lance Rush and Weldon McCain.
