Obituary for Ofelia Diggs Ofelia Maria Diggs, 89, passed away January 7, 2019 in El Paso, Texas. She was born to Alberto and Santos Dominguez in 1929 in Douglas, Arizona. Ofelia proudly served her country during the Korean conflict era as a clerk typist in the Unites States Air Force and receiving the National Defense Service medal and a good conduct medal.

Ms. Diggs is survived by her son, Michael Diggs (Mary), daughter, Linda Kotatski (Frank+), two grandchildren, and sister, Magdalena Morin. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Monday, January 14, 2019 at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr. A Graveside service will be at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-Americas.
