Olda H. Malcomb age 89 of Cowen passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Summersville Extended Care. Olda was born November 14, 1929 in Richwood and was the son of the late Walter R. and Rena Christenson Malcomb. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings; Jack Malcomb, Louise Sawyers, Mary Ann Karaastuary and Patty Ann Malcomb.

Olda loved to fish and work in his garden. Surviving are his sister, Joann Malcomb and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday, February 2, 2019 at Adams-Reed Funeral Home, Cowen.

Pastor Larry Lovely will conduct a message at 6:00 PM and at the conclusion visitation will continue. Olda will be cremated after services and be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park, Erbacon. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.
