Oleta’s Obituary Oleta Erwin Seery Price, 94, a resident of Irving since 1962, died Sunday, January 13, 2019 at The Carlyle at Stonebridge Park in Southlake. She was born November 15, 1924 in Lone Oak, Texas, the daughter of the late John Lester Hunt and Lillie Belle Byrd. She was the retired cafeteria manager at the Bank of American building in downtown Dallas.

Survivors include a son, Roy Don Erwin and wife Danette of Springfield, MO; three grandchildren Tonja Gayer and husband Jason of Springfield, MO, Trent Erwin and wife Nancy of Keller, Tricia Hudgeons and husband Sid of Keller; four great grandchildren, Eric Erwin, Austin Erwin, Hunter Vaughan, and Greyson Vaughan; and a great-great grandson, Jaxon Erwin. The family will receive friends 11:00 a.m. until noon on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Donnelly’s Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. The funeral will be at noon Wednesday in the funeral home chapel.

Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Grove Hill Memorial Park, 3920 Samuell Blvd. Dallas, TX 75228. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Oleta Price, or in honor of her granddaughter, Tricia Hudgeons, who has undergone breast cancer treatment.
