Olga D. (Petty) Heldt, 95, died on September 30, 2018 in Somerville, NJ with her loving family by her side. Olga was born on October 10, 1922 in Middle, NJ to Phyllis (nee Martino) and John Petty. Olga graduated 8th grade from Watchung School in Middle and graduated Bound Brook High School.

On September 7, 1946 she married Fred A. Heldt and moved to Dunellen. She worked for RCA in Somerville for 10 years and as a Quality Assurance Technician for Smithkline-Beacham in Piscataway for 18 years. Her greatest love was her family.

She thoroughly enjoyed her daughters, 8 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Olga lived a very full life and also cherished her numerous “Bingo Buddies”. She was a brave and courageous role model for all of us…spreading love and kindness to all.

Olga is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Casey, 8 grandchildren, Brett Casey; Heather Casey; Aaron Radomski and wife Jane; Todd Radomski and wife, Mary; Melanie Mancuso and husband Eugene; Kimberly Schwab and husband, Richard; Christine Schaurer and husband Paul, and Sean Radomski and wife Melissa. She also leaves behind her 21 loving great grandchildren, Nathan and Kelsey Radomski; Travis, Katelyn, Jordyn, Lauryn and Owen Radomski; Morgan, Corey and Grace Mancuso, Adam and Hayden Schwab; Haley, Madison, Mason, PJ and Griffin Schaurer; Sara, Matthew and Miles Radomski. She is predeceased by her parents, Phyllis and John Petty, her beloved husband, Fred A. Heldt and her daughters, Nancy Heldt and Phyllisann Heldt-Radomski.

Visitation will be held at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave. , Dunellen, NJ on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 2-4, 7-9 p.m. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 10 a.m. at St. John’s Church in Dunellen. Burial to follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery in South Plainfield, NJ.
