Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm on Monday, June 3, 2019 at Smith Funeral Home, 1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK. Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Southwest Baptist Church, 5304 So 33rd W Ave, Tulsa, OK 74107.

Interment will be held 3:30 pm at Holmes Cemetery, 4504 Vernon Rd, Prescott, KS 66767. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, 1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK.
