Obituary for Oneida Mae “Neat” Dearmon (Brock) Oneida Mae Dearmon, 85, passed away December 6, 2018 in Laurels Of Toledo Nursing Home. She was born December 3, 1933 in Talledega, Alabama to Rufus Matthews and Minnie Mae Brock. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, England Bobo Jr., and four brothers, Bobby, William, Samuel and Donald Jacobs.

Oneida migrated to Toledo, Ohio at an early age and resided here for over 60 years. She loved to cook and to spend time with family. Her hobbies were playing solitaire, word search puzzles and going to the market.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Mavis (Mac) Barclay, of Talladega, Al; three grandchildren, Stacy (Byron) Tucker, of Talladega, Al. , Sikara Barclay, of Talledega, Al, and Craig Barclay, of Jacksonville, FL; and 5 great-grandchildren, Kanillius Demiko Wallace, Oxford, AL, Byron Tucker Jr. and Tyron Tucker, Jekaris Singeton and James Hawkins, III (Mr. Beasley) all of Talladega, Alabama, 15 brothers and sisters; a special aunt, Ruby Moore, of Talladega, AL and a special cousin Douglas McArthur (Cynthia) Brock, of Toledo and Willie (Gwin) Brock, of Detroit, MI. ,special family friend, Denise Embery (CoCo), of Detroit, MI and a host of other loving cousins, relatives and friends To send flowers to the family of Oneida Mae “Neat” Dearmon (Brock), please visit our Heartfelt Sympathies Store.
