Orby G. Fetzer, 83, of Delphos passed away 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 29, at Lima Memorial Health Care Systems. He was born Nov.

5, 1935, in Delphos to Alfred ‘Pat’ and Gwendolyn (Dunlap) Fetzer, who preceded him in death. He married Rose Mary Koenig, who survives in Delphos. Additional survivors include a son, John T. (Sheryl) Fetzer of Delphos; granddaughters, Kristy Sue Rose Fetzer of Columbus and Danielle Marie Fetzer of Delphos; siblings, Phillip (Sheryl) Fetzer and Ronald (Monica Lyn) Fetzer of Delphos, William (Cathy) Fetzer of Van Wert, Terry (April) Fetzer of Lake Worth, Florida, Gerry Fetzer of Wapak and Herbert (Kay) Fetzer of Van Wert; and a sister-in-law Diane Fetzer.

He was also preceded in death by a son, Timothy M. Fetzer; and siblings, Kenneth Wayne Fetzer, Carlene Schulte, Phyllis Burkholder and Paul Fetzer. Orb was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Delphos and a member of the Eagles. He retired from Lima Ford Engine Plant.

The family will receive friends from 2-7 p.m. on Saturday at Harter and Schier Funeral Home. A memorial service will begin at 7 p.m. following visitation. Burial of cremated remains will be in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be given to Putnam County Hospice. Online condolences may be shared at BayliffAndSon.com Arrangements are being handled by Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville.
