Obituary for Palmira Salinas Palmira Salinas, 80, of Tampa Florida passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018. Palmira was born in Havana, Cuba to Jose and Maria Ella “Olga” Salinas. Palmira was a kindhearted, generous woman who enjoyed making others laugh.

Palmira was preceded in death by her son, Mario Martinez Jr, parents, and beloved sister. Palmira is survived by children: George Martinez (Terry), Vilma Martinez (Kelly), grandchildren: Nissa Martinez, Selena Martinez, Amanda Martinez, George Martinez, Jr, Samuel Hollings, and Sophia Hollings, great granddaughter Genesis; two brothers in Cuba, daughter-in-law Carrie, and a host of other family and friends. A visitation will be held on Saturday April 21, 2018 at Sunset Memory Gardens 11005 N US HWY 301 Thonotosassa FL 33592, with a service following at 2pm.
