On February 21, 2019 Patricia Ann Hess (nee Woodhouse) passed away peacefully in her home. Patricia loved to read her bible, praying for and with others, spending time with family and friends and laughing. She always had a smile on her face.

Patricia was a loving caring person, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and loving friend to many others. Patricia was the loving daughter of the late Paul and Jeanette Woodhouse. Devoted mother of William “Bill” S. Smith and his wife Venessa Liberto-Smith and Susan L. DeLizio and the late Michael Smith whom she will finally be reunited with.

Loving Sister of Ronald Woodhouse, Dorothy Mitchell, Terry Woodhouse and the late Eugene Woodhouse. Beloved Grandmother of Joseph Smith, Matthew DeLizio and his wife Brittney, Travis DeLizio and his wife Kayla, Michael Worrel and Logan DeLizio. Loving great grandmother of Damion Smith, Harper DeLizio and Blake DeLizio.
