Patricia Ann Smith, 73 formerly of Central Falls and the Boston area, passed away Wednesday after a long illness. She was born in West Point, GA, a daughter of the late Frederick and Carolyn (Brown) Brennen. She had lived most of her life in the Boston area until moving to Central Falls.

She had been employed by Stop & Shop grocery stores for several years. She leaves a daughter, Carolyn Pickett of Central Falls, 2 sons, Edward Smith of Central Falls and Stephen Smith of Attleboro. She also leaves 4 sisters, Jean Bowdoin of Sommerset, Ma, Betty Meara of Malden MA, Maureen Thurston of New Jersey and Susie Sacco of Worcester, MA,4 brothers, Frederick Brennen of Fall River, Brian and Robert Brennen of California and Paul Brennen of Belrica, MA and a Grandson, Zacharie Pickett,, nieces and nephews.

A Gathering of Remembrance will be held Saturday in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home, 151 Cross St. Central Falls, from 1 until 3 PM. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend.
