Obituary for Patricia H. Carlsen Patricia H. Carlsen (Holmes) Patricia “Pat” H. Carlsen (nee Holmes), age 71, passed away peacefully Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at Edwards Hospital-Naperville surrounded by the love of her family. Pat is survived by her husband of 50 years, Thomas, loving daughters Karen Carlsen and Christine (Jason) Courtney; Cherished Nana of Pason Courtney and Haley Gonzales; her dear brother Robert (Sandra) (late Sherry) Holmes. Fond aunt and grand aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Pat is preceded in death by her beloved parents William and Edith (Brownell) Holmes, sister MaryBeth (late Sheldon) Sarathain, brothers William Jr., John, Thomas, Daniel (late Rochelle), James, and Joseph (late Carol) Holmes. A memorial visitation will take place November 10, 2018, from 1-6pm with a memorial service at 5pm at Anderson Memorial Home, 21131 W Renwick Rd, Crest Hill, IL 60403 (815-577-5250). Services conclude at the funeral home.
