Patricia (Moran) Camara, 87, of School St., North Smithfield, died November 21, 2018 in St. Antoine Residence. She was the wife of Francis “Bob” Camara, whom she married October 12, 1953. They recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary.

Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late John and Florida (Lamoureux) Moran. She worked as an Insurance Agent for R.P. Smith & Son of Woonsocket for a total of over 20 years. She was also very active in her church, St. Charles Borromeo of Woonsocket, serving the community as Eucharistic minister, altar server, and much more.

Besides her husband Francis, Patricia is survived by their son, Robert Camara of East Greenwich, RI; their daughter, Mary Stone of Dunnellon, FL; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; as well as four sisters, Linda Frappier of North Smithfield, Barbara Bell of Fort Myers, FL, Ellen Gaulin of Oakland, and Anita Moran of Woonsocket. Her funeral will be held Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 9 AM from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Charles Church, 8 Daniels Street, Woonsocket. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery, Farm Street, Blackstone, MA.
