Patricia’s Obituary Patricia Louise Wright, 80, of Rushville, passed away Mar. 1, 2019. Patty was born in Shelbyville, Jan.

27, 1939, a daughter of the late Martha (McClintic) and Morris Albert (Bertie) Haehl. Patricia graduated from Manilla High School in 1957 and then married John Robert Wright May 19, 1957. They were married at Zion Church in Shelbyville, IN.

She was a homemaker and loved raising her family and being a farm wife. She also enjoyed being a member of the Gab, Garb & Glamor Homemakers Club. She was a reading tutor for the Rush County Schools and helped many children learn to read for several years.

Patricia was a member of the St. Paul United Methodist Church in Rushville. In addition to her husband, Patricia is survived by two daughters, Teresa M. Wright-Kester (John Kester) of The Woodlands, TX; Sheryl L. (Kenneth) Frank of Plain, WI; two sons, Dr. Robert M. (Lisa) Wright, of West Lafayette, IN; Richard A. (Sandra) Wright, of Connersville, IN; one sister, Nancy Wilcher, of Mooresville, iN; two brothers, John (Nancy) Haehl, of Plain, WI; Paul (Carolyn) Haehl, of Shelbyville, IN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren that were the joy of her life, Dr. Katie Kester, Patrick Kester, Brianne Frank, James Frank, John E. Wright, Daniel Wright (fiance’ Mikayla Illingworth), Emily Wright & Curtis Wright She was preceded in death by her sister, Joan Burnette in 2007.

A Celebration of Life will be 1 PM Wednesday, Mar. 6, 2019 at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory with Revs. Amanda & Mark Matheny.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 AM until the time of the service. She will be buried at the Bebout Cemetery in Rush County. Memorials are requested to Our Hospice 2626 E. 17th St. Columbus, IN 47201.
