Patricia is survived by her loving mother Esther (Villanueva) Correa, her brother Juan Carlos Hernandez and her caretaker, Mari Luz Guzman.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, February 20th from 3 – 9 pm Funeral Services will be held on Thursday 10AM at the funeral home.
