Patrick Henry Murphy, age 68, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on March 6, 1950, to John and Betty (McNorton) Murphy. He served in the U.S. Marines.

He is survived by son, Marshall Murphy of Kentucky; sister, Judy Stovall and her husband, Joe, of Villa Rica; brothers, Bobby Murphy and his wife, Vicki, of McDonough, and Danny Murphy and his wife, Linda, of Newnan; and three grandchildren. A graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 30, 2018, at Greenwood Cemetery in Atlanta.
