Obituary for Patrick Michael O’Neill Patrick Michael O’Neill of Collingswood, NJ, formerly of Westampton, NJ, passed away on May 9, 2018, surrounded by loving family and friends at the age of 66. He was the beloved husband of Kathleen O’Neill (nee Tyrrell). Devoted father of Sean Patrick O’Neill (Julie Levinson) of Santa Cruz, CA and Michael Patrick O’Neill (Christina) of Medford Lakes, NJ.

Proud grandfather of Emilia, Lillian and Grady. Loving brother of Paul O’Neill of Ft. Myers, FL, Eileen Clarke of Naperville, IL, Doll Willis (Ed) of Canal Winchester, OH, and the late Timothy O’Neill.

Dear brother-in-law of Chris Tyrrell of Collingswood, NJ and Jeanne King of Shrewsberry, MA. He is also survived by his treasured friends Rick and Marie Wilson and their family as well as many nieces and nephews, and numerous “kids” he has acquired over the years. He will be missed greatly by all.

Patrick was a loving and devoted family man. There was not a single event that either of his boys had that you wouldn’t find him there supporting them. Aside from his own family, he acquired many other surrogate children along the way, he was “Dad” to everyone.

Patrick was a loyal friend and treasured the relationships he had with the people he loved. He was a man of strong faith and was very active member of Freedom Church in Philadelphia. He loved the Lord and his Church family and served in every role of ministry with joy.

He readily volunteered his time at Options for Women in Cherry Hill, NJ. Patrick worked for many years in the trucking and transportation business. He later found his true passion in real estate.

His greatest joy was being able to work with people and make their dreams of home ownership come true. He was never a man to stay idle, when he wasn’t at work he would be involved in a wood-working project, or a handy-man job around the house. His wife, Kathi, would affectionately refer to him as “Tim the Tool Man”.

He was a die-hard fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. He had a great love of the outdoors and enjoyed spending time out on the golf course. He always made claims that he hated two things in this life: pets and sci-fi movies, but when he thought no one was looking he would be seen slipping a treat or two to the various pets or caving and taking his sweetheart to see the latest Star Wars Episode or Star Trek.
