OBITUARY Patsy Ann Perrault March 30, 1939 – November 14, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Patsy Ann Weaver Perrault (nee Altmiller) passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday morning, November 14, 2018, at her home in Missouri City, TX. Patsy was born in the Texas Panhandle community of Darrouzett. Patsy was preceded in death by Alfred and Mamie Altmiller.

She is survived by husband Burt Perrault; 2 children Leanne Weaver Vandover and Douglas Weaver; four step-children, Barry Perrault, Tom Perrault, Kendra Perrault Nash, and Lainie Perrault Murrell. Though her school years were interrupted by a two-year-plus battle with Polio, she was able to return to Darrouzett Public Schools wearing a clumsy, steel-and-leather leg brace to cope with 80% paralysis in one leg, graduating from Darrouzett High School as Salutatorian in 1957. Enrolling in West Texas State University (now West Texas A&M) she excelled in Speech and Drama, and in leadership of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority.

Upon graduation, she married Ronald Weaver, who was preparing for a career in the Petro-Chemical Industry. Eventually locating in Houston, Patsy put her career plans on hold care for her home and rear two children. In the seventies, Patsy returned to the workforce—first in Radio, for which she had trained, and then to what would become per professional first love, Advertising: From her first ad agency job, her climb through the ranks of that competitive industry would be meteoric.

Her first marriage had ended in 1977, and six years later she married T. Burt Perrault, who would be her lifelong partner in both business and family. To briefly highlight her stellar professional career: • Program director Station KFMK, Houston, 1971—1974 • Media buyer McCann-Ericksen, 1974—1977. • Media planner Smith, Smith, Baldwin & Carlberg, 1977—1978.

• Media supervisor Rives Smith, Baldwin & Carlberg, 1978—1980. • Media manager Houston Coca-Cola Bottling, 1980—1981. • Vice president & media director W. B. Doner, Houston, 1981—1983.

• Partner & executive vice president Taylor, Brown, Smith & Perrault, 1989. • President, The Perrault Company, 1989-1993 • Co-Founder/Executive Vice President, Morningstar Radio Network, 1993-1996 In 1995, Patsy and her second husband, T. Burt Perrault, co-founded the world’s first fully addressable digital music network—the Morningstar Radio Network– offering full programming services to Christian Radio Stations across the country. In 1997, Morningstar was relocated to Nashville, and two years later it was sold to Salem Communications, and the Perraults moved back to Houston as semi-retirees,locating in the suburban community of Quail Valley.

Patsy garnered numerous honors and awards, during her illustrious career, while cementing lifelong relationships with scores of advertising professionals and broadcasters.
