Patsy’s Obituary MOULTRIE, GA. - Patsy Monroe Bell, 80, of Moultrie, died Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Carrollton Nursing Rehabilitation Center in Carrollton GA. Graveside rites will be held 2:00PM Monday, January 14, 2019 at Cool Spring Cemetery with Pastor Jason Arrington officiating.

Born July 28, 1938, she was the daughter of the late C. Pat Monroe and Josie Strickland Monroe. Mrs. Bell was a graduate of the Doerun Class of 1956. She retired from Colquitt County Farm Bureau as a secretary and was a member of Rose of Sharon Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Leroy Monroe. Survivors include her sons, Ron Bell and Kathy of Moultrie, Tim Bell and Denah of Carrollton, Jody Bell and Shawnie of Canton, Jef Bell and Michele of Deming N.M; nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; sisters, Peggy Ottewill of Shalimar FL. , Gwen Buis of Albany.
