Patty’s Obituary Alton—Patty Lee Kivett, 66, passed away at 3:20 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Alton Memorial Hospital. Born Aug. 17, 1952 in Alton, she was a daughter of Emil and Mary Lou (Basden) Ewing.

She married Mark James Kivett Feb. 18, 1994. He survives.

Also surviving are two children, Lisa (Michael) Greear of Godfrey and Caleb (Matti) Hicks of Springfield, IL; two stepchildren, Jessica Waters of Alton and her fiancée Shawn McClanahan, and Jamie Kivett of Colorado Springs, CO; a granddaughter, Kaitlin Greear; her step grandchildren, Taylor Brown, Kaylynn Brown, Jackson Waters, Trenton Mosby, Marcus Clemons III, Malachi Clemons, Chevalier Spencer and Cali Spencer; and two sisters, Joyce Ann Grayson of Belleville and Donna (Dan) Wathern of Moro. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Carol E. Dole. Memorial visitation will be at Anchor of Hope Fellowship Center, 503 Milton Road, Alton on Saturday, March 30 from 1 p.m. until services begin at 3 p.m. Pastor Seeram Garney will officiate.
