OBITUARY Paul J. Petralia Jr. June 27, 1934 – December 27, 2018 After spending a happy and memorable holiday with family and friends, Paul James Petralia, Jr, 84, of Hyannis died December 27, 2018 at Cape Cod Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Joan (Tarrant) Petralia. Mr. Petralia was the son of the late Paul and Mary (Cameron) Petralia .

Born in Boston, he was raised and educated in Somerville, MA, graduating from Somerville High School in 1952. He proudly served in the United States Army and attended Wentworth Institute of Technology upon his discharge. He married his wife Joan, in 1962, and moved his family to Hyannis in 1972 where he lived until his death.

Mr. Petralia was the owner of Cape Cod Time Clock Company in Hyannis and a former owner of Boston Automatic Time Clock Company. Paul is survived by his daughter Lisa Petralia and her husband Mark Casey of Hollis, NH; his son Paul Petralia III and his wife Danielle of Richmond, VT; grandchildren, Anna and Colin Casey and Emma and Julia Petralia. He will be missed by his sister-in-law Carole DiPerna of Arlington, MA; niece Suzanne Pirker; nephews Peter and Christopher DiPerna and by several cousins, many friends and one grandniece.

In addition to his wife and parents, Paul was predeceased by his siblings, Virginia Petralia and Louis Petralia. Visiting hours will be held from 10 am – 12 noon on Thursday, January 3 at the Doane, Beal and Ames Funeral Home, 160 West Main Street, Hyannis followed by a graveside service and burial at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
